Reticulated Piping System for Termite Control in Chennai
A reticulated piping system is a network of perforated pipes built into your foundation before the slab is poured — connected to sealed inspection points so we can redose the termiticide barrier for decades without ever drilling your floor.

Why choose us
Reticulated Piping System Done Right, the First Time
Redose Without Drilling
Concealed inspection points give our technicians direct access to the pipe network for years — no breaking tiles or flooring to re-treat.
Installed at Foundation Stage
The pipe network is laid in the footing trenches before backfilling, so termiticide reaches soil that's impossible to treat once flooring is down.
Continuous Whole-Building Barrier
One connected network runs under the entire plinth, not just the perimeter — closing the gaps a single soil-drench treatment can miss.
UV-Stable, Leak-Tested Fittings
Perforated HDPE piping and barbed joints rated to stay intact in soil and concrete for decades, not consumer-grade tubing.
Our process
How Reticulated Piping System Works, Start to Finish
- 01
Foundation Layout Review
Before backfilling starts, we walk the open trenches with your builder and mark where the pipe network and riser points will run.
- 02
Pipe Network Laid in the Trench
Perforated reticulation piping is run along the footing and joined with sealed tee, cross and elbow fittings into one continuous network.
- 03
Risers & Inspection Points Installed
PVC risers bring the network up through the plinth into a concealed junction box at accessible points around the building's perimeter.
- 04
Initial Termiticide Dosing
Liquid termiticide is pumped through the entire network before the slab is poured, saturating the soil barrier from the inside out.
- 05
Capped & Ready for Redosing
Inspection points are sealed flush with the finished wall. Future redosing takes minutes through these ports — no drilling, no damage.

Common questions
Reticulated Piping System FAQs
What is a reticulated piping system?
It's a network of perforated pipes installed in the foundation trenches before your slab is poured, connected to sealed inspection points at plinth level. Termiticide is pumped through the whole network at installation, and the same ports let us redose the soil years later without breaking any flooring.
How is this different from regular pre-construction termite treatment?
A standard pre-construction treatment is a one-time soil drench — once the slab is poured, that soil can never be treated again. A reticulated piping system leaves a permanent, accessible network behind, so the barrier can be renewed on a schedule for the life of the building. We offer both — see our regular pre-construction termite control if you don't need the redosing network.
Can a reticulated piping system be added to a finished building?
No — it has to go in before the flooring is cast, while the foundation trenches are still open. If your building is already complete, we'd instead recommend our standard termite control treatment, which works on finished structures.
Will this delay my construction timeline?
No. We install the network as part of your normal foundation and backfill sequence, coordinated with your contractor — it adds a few hours to that stage, not days.
How often does the system need redosing, and does it damage the flooring?
Typically every 3–5 years, depending on soil and termite pressure in your area. Redosing is done entirely through the capped inspection points — no drilling, no tile or flooring damage, and the technician is usually in and out within an hour.
What does a reticulated piping system cost in Chennai?
Cost depends on your foundation's total trench length and the number of inspection points needed. We give a fixed, written quote after reviewing your foundation layout or architectural drawing — call for a free site assessment.
